This is a black, high collar puffer vest that also has an adjustable drawstring hood.  
This vest has a polar fleece lining interior, front pockets, side zippers, and a zip and snap closure.  It is long, warm, soft and so cozy!   This fits true to size, but if you’re going to wear bulky layers underneath, we recommend sizing up!
